Required field must not be blank

Apparently blogger has suddenly decided that you have to have a title on your blog post or you can't publish the post.

Not a fan of this blogger.

  1. Haha I'm glad someone else thinks it's kind of crazy! The first time I tried to hit publish with a blank title field, I kept getting a 'page could not be displayed' type error message - I swear, I thought I'd broken the browser.

  2. Sucks. Moreover since it's not announced. It also breaks the regular form in which I'm posting. Glad you posted this comment. Nice to know I'm not the only one who thinks about it that way...

    1. Yea could they let people know. I had no clue and I also don't see the point of it. Why force people to have a title.

  4. I know! I thought I was going crazy this morning! I was like "I don't want a title yet!" but I just put one anyways because I couldn't get it to save, preview, or anything! Ridiculous!

  5. So THAT'S why I lost my half-written post earlier? Because I hadn't added a title yet?? Do people usually have a title before they write their post? The titles the last thing I turn to - usually I don't even know what I'm going to be writing about until two thirds of the way through... BOOOOOOO Blogger!

    1. Aah. AAH. Typo on 'title's'... The urge to edit my comment and put the apostrophe where it should be is SO STRONG and yet I can't. So just know that I hate that I didn't put it in.
