It's 12:30 at night and all we can hear is a smoke detector going off outside, so I go outside trying to find the source. After a few minutes of "sciencing the shit out of this" by walking back and forth and listening I realize it's coming from one of the trash bags on the curb.
Derek comes out at this point and we start ripping open trash bags. Bag number 3 was the winner. I pull out the smoke detector and hold it over my head and then smash it in the street. It was like that scene in the 300 when the guy kicks the other guy down the hole, you know in slow motion with my abs glistening.
The beeping stops and someone across the street starts clapping. I go back inside and wash off my foot because I got organic avocado on it. Good thing I live near Whole foods. Sorry garbage truck guys for the ripped open trash but we needed to sleep!
Well done! That's funny; and sometimes those things will not shut up even without the battery pulled they do that beep beep thing for a long time. I once smashed one like you say only to find it was a different alarm in the same room.
