I haven't abandoned you blog. I've just been stressed/busy with wedding planning, work, Bosco and life in general
Wedding planning - our wedding is one month from today! When did that happen? I'm excited but stressing about everything going smoothly. I'm taking a gamble by ordering my flowers through the internets but every florist I called couldn't do it. Here is my tip for you. Order you bouquet way early. IT WILL ALL BE OK. If you say it in caps it makes it true.
work - still very busy and still understaffed. We have a new assistant starting May 1st and a college student working over the summer helping out. My desk looks like a paper factory exploded.
Bosco - had some teeth pulled a biopsy on a small spot on his leg. He's been in a cone for TEN DAYS. It has felt like a damn lifetime! He was not pleased which means I'm not pleased and it has not been fun for anyone. I tried explaining this to Bosco but he is, after all, a cat. The good new is his stitches were removed today and he doesn't need the cone anymore. *paw five*
I will catch up on blogs soon. I need to check in on my internet peeps.

Change of plans
Too much fun on Friday night = ordering Zaftigs and lounging around in PJs on Saturday night.
I love the Ferris Bueller Dominos commercials with Joe Keery (Steve from Stranger Things). He's a good Ferris and is adorable.
I also love looking at our wedding registries and seeing what's been bought. Exciting! My shower is on the 23rd.

Why am I blogging when I should be sleeping
Who finally did her taxes tonight? This girl. I also ate a homemade pizza for dinner and had a piece of Derek's leftover birthday cake.
I finished watching Broadchurch on Netflix. I thought it was pretty good but I don't think I'm going to watch the second season. I know who the killer is and I just don't see the point in continuing the series after that. If you've seen the second season let me know if it's worth it.
Weekend plans include celebrating Derek's birthday back in our old hood and NOT DOING TAXES BECAUSE I ALREADY DID THEM *cackles*

Opening Day
Today is Opening Day for the Red Sox. I'm not a baseball fan but I do consider Opening Day an unofficial sign of spring. It also means I have to start walking from my office to Kenmore to be able to get on the T. At least it's nice out today so I won't mind the walk. And now I want a ballpark hot dog.
On a sadder note, a young man went missing in Boston last week. 23-year-old Michael Kelleher went missing Wednesday night after attending a Celtics game with a co-worker. His last known location was Paul Revere Park where he tried to hire an Uber but was never picked up. Unfortunately when a young man goes missing in Boston after a night of drinking he's usually found in the water. I hope that's not the case but it doesn't look good.
